This project involved consolidating five distinct culinary brands into a single Shopify storefront for a major food delivery group, tackling the complex business goal of increasing Average Order Value (AOV).
The technical challenge required bypassing standard Shopify limitations by engineering custom Liquid and JavaScript logic to create an intuitive, grouped cart that seamlessly supported cross-brand purchasing and meal plan selection, a unified checkout flow, and integration with a single loyalty program.
